AirTAC 2L Series: Direct Acting Normally Closed (NC) Valve

The AirTAC 2L Series (Direct Acting) is a compact 2/2-way solenoid valve designed for systems requiring a zero-pressure startup. Unlike the larger piloted versions of the 2L series, this direct-acting version does not rely on a pressure differential to function; the solenoid coil directly lifts the internal plunger to open the orifice.

Being Normally Closed (NC), the valve remains tightly sealed when de-energized, making it an essential component for safety shut-offs, laboratory equipment, vacuum applications, and low-pressure fluid dispensing where flow must be stopped instantly upon power loss.
