AirTAC 2W Series: Internally Piloted Normally Closed (NC) Valve
The AirTAC 2W Series is a robust 2/2-way internally piloted diaphragm solenoid valve, widely regarded as a standard for industrial fluid control. As a Normally Closed (NC) unit, it blocks flow in its de-energized state and opens when the solenoid coil is powered.
The 2W series is engineered to handle larger flow volumes than direct-acting valves. It uses a pilot-assisted mechanism, meaning it leverages the pressure of the fluid media to lift the diaphragm.
